The reason I knew that was that I've called Ralph Reed Rex Reed a bunch of times myself. I was blaming it on encroaching senility though.
I went to a sociopolitical event tonight and a crazy man came and sat beside me. I am a magnet for such people. He said to me, "I am finding myself having judgmental thoughts about the number of people at each table, butI suppose you would think that was unnecessary," and I agreed. Then he learned that I worked for a newspaper, and he asked me "Does it interrupt your typesetting when teachers have meetings?" So I actually explained that I wasn't a typesetter, but that I was in fact interrupted frequently at work, and he said, "I am not sure I appreciate your having interpreted my thought pattern." He also took a lot of notes on a big yellow pad and asked me several times if I thought it was permissable to take photographs of people without getting their permission first. I told him I did it all the time, and it was a matter of freedom of the press, which seemed to make sense to him.
 

i can't wait to tell the judge "i find myself having judgmental thoughts."...
