Not only that, lastgreypoet, the dark colors are not as appealing!
Besides, it looks as if you would be expected to be in a work mode in the other while this one looks like a good place to take a nap!

this looks calm, but i would probably actually rather be in the other one. this is a very weird choice because i am an introvert so this one should be more attractive.

I prefer the pastoral scene. The other one like a good spot for the bubonic plague to hit.
